FST Features - Introduction

The FST Online site has been designed to be both powerful and easy to use. It gives managers and staff a high level of control over the management and scheduling of training and CPD. And it provides many useful and time saving features.

The site contains a large number of online modules which managers can assign to their staff and schedule when they should be completed. The system quickly shows a manager and each staff member how they are progressing with their schedule. The system also enables a manager to instantly generate real time CPD reports on each staff member, each department, or the whole company. Year end reports can also be created for each year that the system has been used by a company.

There are many functions within the site that are designed to make the management of training within a company more efficient and more effective, saving both time and money. We are constantly improving the FST Site and the underlying software, both with our own development work and in response to customer feedback.
